Welcome
Space to feel what is right for you, and to move with that in a way that aligns with who you are and what you need.
It can feel confusing and intense when you get stuck and your energy runs low. Emotions may pile up without a clear reason, and it can be difficult to get a grip on what’s happening. You might be caught in a pattern you don’t immediately recognize — or one you do recognize, but can’t seem to break free from. You feel drained, overstimulated, or emotionally flat, and you wonder how to find space and balance within yourself again.
A tense body, a heavy feeling in your chest, tight shoulders, stress, or feelings of anxiety can become too much to handle. Sleepless nights filled with endless racing thoughts only add to the difficulty.
Welcome to Balanskompass. I’m Veronica Kroon, an integrative counselor- therapist and I’m here to help you rediscover your balance so you can enjoy the things that truly matter to you with energy and vitality.
Through counseling, and psychotherapy tailored to you and your specific situation, I guide you toward lasting change. Together, we will identify what you need, your personal direction (your compass), to help you regain your energy and balance—bringing you closer to yourself and, in turn, to others.
Do you need support and guidance now? Thanks to my short-term programs, there are no waiting lists longer than three weeks. Together, we will begin a journey of 6 to 15 sessions, on average, to help you feel energized again and enjoy life. I understand it can be challenging to find the time to focus on yourself, but your well-being is essential. With calmness and trust, I’m here to support you.
